Shut your mind and have a blast through every roller coaster ride that it offers. Not a bad watch.

Pluses:

• Entertaining enough.
• All the characters of the movie are well portrayed.
• Good sense of humour throughout.
• Some good to catch tips and tricks as well.
• Conspiracies well revealed at right times.
• Bradley Cooper looks really sexy shirtless with blue eyes all the more highlighted ;)

Minuses:

• This is one movie where u might once get bored of continous mindless action for once untill in the second half when the story is given some outline to justify all the booms.
• Not even a single female to bank upon.

Not a taste for all. I found it manifold better than Rajneeti. Its a sheer pleasure checking out the locations of shoot. Brilliant cinematography. Story is v much to its credit. Mark my words, dont expect too much and i guarantee you a good watch.

Pluses:

• Excellent Cinematography.
• Beautiful locations, wet rainforests and abundant greenery.
• The script was good according to me.
• Abhishekh was pretty awesome except for a few overexpressive deliveries,and so was Aishwarya and Vikram.
• I especially loved the roles of Govinda and Ravi Kisan, for their sarcastic humour.
• A.R Rehman rocks throughout for the music and the background score.
• Highlights:The best scene is the action sequence over the hanging bridge between the final duo.

Minuses:

• Overexpressive deliveries here and there by Aishwarya as well as Abhishekh.
• Editing of the movie at a few places is not fine.
• Special effects for a few scene at the beginning of the movie is also pretty sad.
• A forced song between Aishwarya and Vikram is unbearable, Aishwarya danced a little too much than required.
• Abrupt ending on the part of Govinda's character remains unexplained.

Shutter Island

Psychotic flick. Slow, steady paced. Those who are used to watching fast paced movies, might run out of patience. Overall, is an intriguing flick.

Pluses:

• Goes without sayin, Leo :)
• Intense feel of the flick.
• Engulfed with mystery throughout, keeps u glued to the seat..howsoever slow paced.
• Leaves you tossing between the basics of the movie, whether its a suspense or a horror(after life kinda thin)
• The final scene however is the best shot in the entire flick. :)

Minuses:

• Slow paced as mentioned.
• The final revelation is not all that moving or shocking. There is always an element of clue and open ends which gives u enough room for various assumptions. Hence doesnt come out as a mind boggling surprise.And this is where it looses on my rating for the movie.
• The nightmares of his wife drags a little too much, at times gets unbearable.

Rajneeti

 

 
Modern Mahabharat. Pretty much exagagerated way to put up Indian Politics. Trailors are quite misleading.Overall, an average movie. Just reaping the benefits of the box office failure of 'Kites'.

Pluses:

• Ranbir Kapoor and Arjun Rampal. Who says Arjun Rampal cant act :D He doesnt need to :D His killer looks and attitude are enough to draw audience :) Ranbir though is versatile, and he proves it yet again. :)
• Script is unpredictable, so it keeps you glued to your seat till the end.
• No unnecessary songs pushed in.
• Not even a single scene goes off the track, story is pretty focussed from the begining till the end.

Minuses:

• Katrina is totally wasted.All of the trailors that u see, comprises of only the last 20 mins of the movie.
• Some scenes are unbearably dramatic, as that of 'Kunti' interfacing 'Karan', the kind of "shudh" Hindi used in this particular shot is a pain to listen through.
• Too much exaggeration of politics, killings after killings...if Indian govt had to be such, then our country would have been under an emergency all the time.
• Funny part is when u can see one after another additions on the wall of the 'Pandava's' individuals been put up with a "maala" over the picture. :P
• There are a v few female characters in the movie, and all of them have been impregnated once. Really funny.

Prince of Persia: The sands of time

Absolute time pass.Nothin extraordinary but yet entertaining. Go watch, have fun and then forget it :)

 Pluses:

• Beautiful sets and computer graphics to admire.
• Fast paced action sequences.
• I particularly loved the background score of the movie.
• I also personally liked the Prince-Jake Gyllenhaal as well, he had pretty adorable expressions throughout.
• A few characters like the head of the merchant bandits was also very humorous.

Minuses:

• The story lacks grip in it.
• It drags in a few places.
