How does it feel when you know the one whom you love giving your entire self completely to him, is always neutral to your feelings?? He is happy when you are happy, even happy when u are sad!!
How does it feel when you give your most important years of life to someone, fightin against all odds, in the end to find out, that he wants to marry u?? Happy?? Think again, when he also adds that he doesnt have that drive to marry u against all HIS odds.( He is only arrangin his marriage with u!!!! )Now do u smile??
And over all these he says, he loves you?? Do u believe him??

From the points you mentioned about "his feelings" i can only make out two points out of it. 1) He is not in love with you but he is just cool,happy and relaxed in having a relation with you.
2) He is afraid of something if he gets married to you and dont want to marry you may be cos of family pride or something else and wants you to realize that he cant say no to you but you shud understand he cant move ahead, but he wants to see you happy in this scenario and can sacrifice his fears and marry you only if you dont understand him did not back off...
