3G

Cast: Neil Nitin Mukesh, Sonal Chauhan,Geeta Basra,Asheesh Kapur
Directors: Sheershak Anand, Shantanu Ray Chhibber
Genre: Horror, Thriller

If you want to walk away with an enjoyable impression, then dont dare to sit past interval

Pluses:
  • Neil Nitin Mukesh, looked hotter than ever. I like the way he experiments with different genres, but i so wish he could get some good script. His movies have a certain trend...first half is always different, but you just cant stand the stories in the second. Call it bad choice of script or his fate, he is struggling hard to make a standing. Great potential, all my best wishes with him :D
  • Sonal Chauhan, again looked never so better. Kudos to her costume designer, she managed to carry it off. She looked hot. And guys, she has turned bold :P Lot of well executed hot scenes out there. She was never a bad actor otherwise but not any different from the regular ones
  • First half was pretty good, it manages to scare you with the spooky things, more or so, cos i wasnt expecting this one to be an actual horror movie. The make up was really good...not so unnatural but believable
  • The photography of the movies makes it a worth watch in big screens. Be it the exotic locations combining beautiful colors or be it the odd ugly faces on screen, entire VFX, you will enjoy them all

Minuses:
  • Geeta Basra and Asheesh Kapur had brief roles. Though Geeta was like omnipresent everywhere, but the later seen only by the end to reveal the secrets. Very average roles, nothing great
  • All this while you watch the first half, you keep wondering what can go wrong so bad post interval to have screwed the movie devastatingly...and there you go!! Felt like the two different directors divided the show pre and post interval, each one of them worked individually in slices. The story felt like goin no where, you find nothing new happening. Even if they try hard to make a story to explain the happenings, the script or the people are not convincing enough. The movie sucks in short

Final Verdict: If not for the bad explanation of things, the movie had the potential to fair well

My Rating: 2/5
